ByM Constructions was founded by Alejandra Marín and Anyelo Bolaños.
For them, construction is a family legacy. Their grandparents and several family generations have developed their lives through hammers and nails.
Since Costa Rican construction is basically made of concrete and with very similar designs, Anyelo decided to work in Canada and the United States, building many types of homes, exploring different options of buildings and materials. He came back to Costa Rica with a global construction vision and focus that he has brought to life by working hand in hand with Alejandra.
Entrepreneur determined to reach her goals, she decided to create a solid company, with Anyelo Bolaños, that currently provides jobs to over 45 people.
More than just a service, she focuses on providing a high-quality construction experience to our clients.
Born in a family of builders, he chose to work in Canada and the United States for a while, building diverse homes and exploring different options in construction and materials. He came back to Costa Rica with a new global vision about house building.
He has developed a solid career in construction and worked for different companies that have provided him extensive knowledge and experience in the construction sector.
He currently works in something he is passionate about: construction and project management.
He started at BYM doing budgets, but the experiences he has acquired promoted him to Administrative Assistant in charge of procurement and product management. He loves to learn about design and pre-projects for our clients.
Our projects should not destroy the land where they are built. Therefore, we adopt a holistic approach to our work, strongly believing the vitality that surrounds our structures is part of its permanence. It is the same commitment that translates into the way we work with our clients.
The strength of our company lies in the growth of our staff. Our objective is they can grow from employers to partners, especially our project managers, who are the face and spirit of ByM Constructions, according to Anyelo and Ale.
The internal growth in the company reflects our commitment to work in our communities to empower and educate young students interested in construction and design.
