We present the construction process of Casa Helena, a project that is currently in its final stage and close to completion.

At the beginning of 2025, we started this beautiful residential project located in Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, designed to offer comfort, spaciousness, and a unique experience in harmony with its natural surroundings. The home features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, as well as an entry hall, kitchen, living area, private pool, and a second-floor balcony with a beautiful view of the beach.

Each stage of this construction has been carried out with dedication and care, prioritizing high-quality materials and proper execution in every detail. Casa Helena was built with the goal of meeting our clients’ expectations and providing a functional, modern, and welcoming space tailored to their tastes and needs.

A two-story residential project located in Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, developed with special attention to every stage of the construction process in order to provide our clients with a comfortable, functional, and high-quality home.

This residence was built under planning, design, and execution criteria that prioritize client satisfaction, carefully attending to every construction detail and ensuring a final result that meets the quality standards that define our work.

On the first floor, the home features a practical and well-organized layout that includes a living area, kitchen, pantry, laundry area, one half bathroom, one full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a swimming pool, creating an ideal space for family living and enjoyment.

The second floor includes two additional bedrooms and a master bedroom, designed to offer greater privacy and comfort. Each area has been planned to take advantage of natural light and ventilation, creating pleasant and functional living spaces.
